Mazta Group hosting its Annual Meeting & Gathering 2024 for its workforce. The event is scheduled from Tuesday (12/12) to Sunday (17/12) at Discovery Ancol, Jakarta, themed as ‘Mission Possible by Mazta Group.’ The agenda encompasses presentations on the 2024 work programs by managers from various sectors within Mazta Group and engaging activities, including games and door prizes featuring diverse appealing rewards for the employees.

Dedi Dianto, the CEO of Mazta Group, outlined four primary objectives behind organizing the Annual Meeting. “Initially, it aims at advancing the growth of subsidiary companies. It is imperative for all employees to comprehend the vision and mission of each company, along with Mazta Group’s overarching vision and mission,” Dedi stated in a press release on Thursday (21/1/2/2023).

Continuing with the second objective, Dedi emphasized the necessity for all employees to be well-informed about the strategies devised to attain Mazta Group’s goals. The third objective underscores the importance of fostering synergy among all subsidiaries, encouraging mutual support, collaboration, and cooperation. Dedi believes this approach will fortify Mazta Group, making it a robust, efficient, and effective contender in the competitive landscape.

Lastly, the event is organized to facilitate mutual acquaintance among all employees.

Following the Annual Meeting, Mazta Gathering will be conducted with the aim of promoting camaraderie and unity among Mazta Group employees. This will involve various entertaining events designed to rejuvenate their spirits as they approach the challenges of 2024.
